Qualification : Candidates should possess Degree in Engineering (full time) with 65% marks in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Electronics, Instrumentation, Ceramics, Civil, Computer Science (IT), Mining or Chemical Engineering for Posts No.I and Bachelors’ degree in any discipline with 60% marks with at least two years full time MBA/ PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks in Human Resources/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management/ Masters in Human Resource & Organizational Development for HR discipline, Marketing for Marketing discipline and Production/ Operations/ Materials/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management. for Materials discipline and CA/ICWA for Finance discipline.

Age Limit : Candidates age limit should be 30 years as on 01-01-2014 i.e not born earlier than 01-01-1984. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Selection Process : Candidates would be selected based on their performance in written examination, group discussion and interview.

Exam Fee Details : Candidates have to pay the examination fee of Rs.500/- for General and OBC category and Rs.100/- as processing fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Departmental Candidates. The fee should be paid through net-banking/ credit card/ debit card or through pay-in-slip in a specially opened account (No. 32286155304) at CAG Branch, New Delhi, on behalf of SAIL.

How to Apply:
Eligible candidates can Apply Online through the website www.sail.co.in from 31-12-2013 to 21-01-2014. After Applying Online candidates must download the system generated Provisional Registration Slip with unique Registration Number and other essential details.
