Assembly rejects Telangana Bill : The state legislative assembly on Thursday passed by voice vote a resolution moved by chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy rejecting the draft Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Bill-2103. The resolution was supported by 159 Seemandhra MLAs and opposed by 119 Telangana members. Assembly passes resolution moved by CM to reject Telangana draft bill by voice vote. 159 Seemandhra MLAs support the resolution while 119 Telangana members oppose it.

TRAI released Working Guidelines for Spectrum Trading : Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) released working guidelines for trade of spectrum on 28 January 2014. The guidelines need to be approved by the government before it can be implemented.

Cabinet approves quota hike of subsidised LPG cylinders to12 : Days after Rahul Gandhi demanded, at a mega Congress conclave, that the quota of subsidised LPG per household be raised from nine to 12 cylinders a year, the Union Cabinet has today approved the proposal. The move will cover 97 per cent consumers and it is expected to inflate the government’s subsidy bill by 5000 crore rupees, Oil Minister Veerappa Moily said today. The government currently spends Rs.46,000 crore a year on LPG subsidy, at a time when the economy is struggling with slow growth and high inflation.

Salary Revision of Bank Employees

IBA has now offered 9.50% increase and next meeting will take place on 27.01.2014. On it meeting on 27.01.2014 the IBA has revised theNews offer to 10.00%, however UBFU has declined it and talks have failed.
As the Indian Banks’ Association and the United Forum of Bank Unions return to the negotiating table on Friday at the directive of the Chief Labour Commissioner, the bank unions are likely to demand a 30 per cent rise in gross pay.
In the last wage revision which was due on 01.11.2007 it took almost two and half years to got finalised as the last wage revision of 2007 was finalised on 27.04.2010 with an increase of 17.50% in salaries. In the wage revision of 2002 the salaries were increases by 13.25%.
It is difficult to predict, however going by the weak negotiations by the Bank Unions with IBA, till now, it seems that this is going to be another poor wage revision for Bank Employees. The IBA has so far offered only 5%, unions are also not strong enough to demand a good wage revision, it seems that this wage revision will end with a maximum of 10-15% salary increase and the salaries of Bank Employees will further deteriorate vis a vis Central Government Employees.

NICL AO Re-Exam 2013 Results To Appear Shortly

National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) re-exam results for Administrative Officer Post are expected to be announced shortly. NICL NICLhad conducted a re-examination on December 15, 2013 at various examination centres. The results are expected to be declared soon on their official website.
A lot of candidates had appeared for the NICL AO re-exam and now are holding their breath for the results . A total of 1,434 vacancies are required to be filled. The candidates had applied online and will be selected on the basis of the written test and interview result. The last date for filling up the applications which was August 3 had been extended to August 12.
The exam was previously held in September but due to the occurrence of some problems, the exam was held again in December. The result of the same is expected to be on the computer screens soon. All the candidates can look for the result on the official website.

Q) State the main difference between C++ and Java?
Ans:The main difference between C++ and Java lies in multiple inheritances. Java Meta class model has a better solution than C++. Persistent objects can be implemented by features such as object serialization and reflection mechanism. GUI can be implemented easily.

Q)Explain about Core Java?
Ans:Java is increasingly used for middleware applications to communicate between Server and clients. Java has features such as multithreading, portability and networking capabilities. Changes in the java library made java as a favorite programming language for developers it added functionality to their scripts.

Q) State some advantages of Java?
Ans:Platform independence is the key feature of Java during runtime. Syntax of java is similar to the popular object oriented languages such as C and C++. Java program can eliminate most of the bugs present in the program. Manual memory allocation and de allocation feature present in Java is automated.

Q) Explain about Class in Java?
Ans:In Java every thing exists within a class. It defines the behavior of the class and its characteristics. Java applications and applets are built in the class. Rules present for class name are generous and some of the basic rules are names should start with a letter after that letter they can have any combination of letters and digits. It can contain names to any length.

Q) Explain about data types?
Ans:Variables declared should have a declared type. Out of the eight data types four data types are integer, two are floating type integers, one is character type out of which one is Boolean and the other Unicode. Core Java is known to be a strong typed language.

Q)Explain about the performance aspects of Core Java?
Ans:Performance of interpreted byte codes is enough but it can be improved much more than that. Byte codes are translated into machine language within no time, this speed of execution can be achieved during application compiling time. JIT compilers are also present which compile the byte codes into native code.
Q) Explain about the dynamic behavior of core java?
Ans:This language was designed to adapt the changing environment and behavior. New methods and instance variables can be added to the client side without any major changes happening at the client end. This function is very important for GUI builders, pluggable components, debuggers and object database.

Q) Explain about Java SDK?
Ans:Java SDK is not so comfortable with people used to command line interpreter. IDEs include compilers, editors, debugging facilities, drag and drop techniques, etc. This compiler strives to generate hundreds of lines in code UI. This platform may become a universal platform.

Q) Explain about the security aspect of Java?
Ans:Java has some bugs in its applets. Java team stated that they have zero tolerance over security features and subsequent editions of Java are improving Bug free environment. Some of the features are overriding the runtime stack, disallowing the corruption of memory outside its own process, reading or writing on local files where it is actually forbidden to do these processes, etc.

Q)Explain about the interpreter in Java?

Age Limit :Applicants age limit should not Exceeding 35 years as on 1st January 2014. Age Relaxation will be applicable 5 years for ST/SC, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD Applicants as per Govt. rules.
Selection Process :Selection process will be basis of Interview.

Qualification:Candidates should have Matriculation and civil driving license for heavy vehicles with 2 years of experience for Driver and Matriculation with certificate in trade of vehicle mechanic for Vehicle Mechanic.
Age Limit: Candidates age should be 18 years to 27 years and 18 years to 25 years for Vehicle Mechanic. Age Relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates.
